About Us
Rooted in Tradition
Our origins run deep, and our name pays tribute to these historical roots. Since the late 1950s, Interstate, previously recognized as Interstate Tree Landscaping Company, has been actively engaged in the development of the Dwight D. Eisenhower Interstate System.
Back then, and today, Interstate focused on getting the work done and providing Construction Services to state departments, utilities, energy operators, developers, and contractors throughout the Greater Midwest.
Today, Interstate Clearing and Construction continues to support the Interstate System, and many more important transportation systems throughout the United States.
In May of 2024, Katelyn and Nicholas Pfundheller became the proud owners of Interstate. Drawing years of experience in the heavy civil and construction industry, Kate and Nick will continue to emerge Interstate Clearing and Construction as a family business and leader in construction services.
